The house is spacious, bright, and located in a relatively quiet part of the neighbourhood. It includes a shared front patio, dining room, living room, kitchen, sunroom, backyard, and basement. Each bathroom (one on the second floor and one in the basement) has its own shower. There is also a brand-new LG washer/dryer set available at no extra cost.
Trinity Bellwoods is about a 5-minute walk away, and there’s a great neighbourhood bar right on the street. No Frills and other everyday amenities are also within easy walking distance.
The house is generally calm during the week (with work/school schedules), and more social and relaxed on weekends. We’d share responsibility for keeping common spaces clean and tidy. Guests are of course welcome, but please be mindful of everyone in the house.
No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome. Single occupancy only (no couples). Females preferred.
