I am subletting my single bedroom apartment in downtown from August 1 to October 1. It is a cozy place, fully furnished, three minutes to subway station, ten minutes to TMU, fifteen minutes to Eaton Centre, twenty minutes to UoFT. Laundry in the second floor that also has gym, recreation centre, theatre, party lounge etc. Parking available but separately paid. Internet included. Hydro - Utilities separate. I am looking for a tenant who will keep the place as precious as I keep.

House location in downtown Toronto at Sherbourne Bloor Intersection.
