I'm the owner of this unique home nested at the of a driveway, full of mature pine trees in the backyard.

There are 2 rooms available at the moment: on the main level and upper level of my unique character home in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd.

The monthly rent for this individual furnished room is $1,000CAD (single occupancy). NO SLEEP OVERS. Parking available at an extra monthly charge. Parking space is available for 1 sedan vehicle.

The house has got lots of charm with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :)

Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, and Bell Fiber WIFI. Access to laundry room in the basement.

Also, we are a 5 min walk to bus stops to Jane subway station and it takes 5 min on bus 55 and 35 to Jane subway station. The bus stop to Runnymede and High Park subway stations is a few steps as well and it takes about 15 min on the bus approximately. During good weather, a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber River that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.

Busy Bloor West Village and the Junction are a 10 minute bus ride. Bus 189 takes you to the Stockyards Mall at Keele St & St Clair Ave West. Walmart, Tim Horton's and many other stores are a 15 min walk or 5 min by bus to Runnymede and St Clair Ave West.
