My wife and son and I live in a house near Birchmount and St. Clair in Scarborough, and we have a room for rent on the main floor. There is one washroom and a shared kitchen. My son lives in the basement apartment. We own a cat named Estrella. The room comes furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. There is also a closet. There is a window overlooking the backyard, and allows plenty of natural light to enter. The house is steps away from a bus stop on St. Clair. The 16, 9, and 102 buses pass by, and it's just a couple stops to Warden Station. The Scarborough Go Station is also within walking distance.
